“I want you to enjoy it and savor it then,” he watched her eat as he began to cut his own meat. “But not for too long,” he eyed her with an attracted gaze. She was so alluring to him that it nearly impressed him that he had been able to keep his hand off of her. If not for the meal he had taken pride in making, he would have kept his word about things happening before the meal.
